Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Style Passport. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Expected delivery time is 3-7 days after the shipment leaving the warehouse.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Presently we ship only to GCC countries. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping to GCC countries is done via Aramex shipping agent.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Style Passport is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Style Passport is not liable for any products lost during shipping.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please drop us an email with the following details: 

1.Your order number
2. The matter of the issue (e.g. incorrect/defective item)
3. The serial number found on the product tag or product packaging
4. Pictures or videos, whichever applicable.

 Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
